Job summary

West Bay Club in Estero, FL is seeking a driven Part-Time Bartender to join Troon, a global leader in golf and hospitality management. You will mix and serve beverages, maintain inventory, and support cost controls in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with one year of bartending experience or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol
• Possesses knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine varieties
• Alcohol Awareness Training

Responsibilities

• Stocks bar, mixes and serves alcoholic beverages, assists in cost control, inventory and maintaining inventory records
• Maintains inventory control and communicates needs to management
• Ensures compliance with state liquor laws and SOPs
• Communicates guest requests to management
• Performs opening/closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, restocking
• Uses Point of Sale System for transactions
• Reviews banquet schedule and events, serves catered parties
• Occasionally serves meals to guests
