You will follow recipes, manage POS transactions, maintain inventory, and ensure safety and quality while working flexible hours, including nights and weekends. This position aligns with our community-focused, team-driven mission.

Qualifications

• Must maintain confidentiality of business information.
• Responsible for safety and security of guests, associates, and assets.
• Understand fire alarm and evacuation procedures.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Clear written, verbal and in-person communication.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages and food to guests.
• Follow recipes, garnish, and portion controls.
• Handle payments via POS system and process transactions.
• Stock and maintain bar inventory and ensure product quality.
• Provide friendly, personalized service and greet guests promptly.
