Position: Bartender

The Bartender will be responsible for preparing beverages for bar and event guests while providing excellent customer service.

Shifts: Shifts may vary weekly based on events. Availability to work on Mother’s Day and Easter is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages for guests
2. Interact with customers, take orders, and serve food and drinks
3. Assess customer needs and preferences; make recommendations
4. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
5. Plan and present the bar menu
6. Check customer identification to confirm legal drinking age
7. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
8. Maintain a guest-focused approach to ensure an excellent guest experience
9. Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

1. T.I.P.S. certification
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bartender
3. Knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and serving techniques
4. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
5. Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean

The hiring range for this position is $7.60 - $9.50 per hour plus tips. The final salary offer will depend on education, skills, and experience.
