Associa seeks a personableBartender for a part-time role at a beautiful residential community in Kissimmee, FL. You will craft cocktails and beverages, interact with residents and guests, and maintain bar cleanliness in a community-focused setting.

Hours are Sunday, Monday & Tuesday from 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm, with competitive pay of $18.00 per hour. Experience in hospitality and flexibility for events are valued assets for this position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of bartending experience in hospitality, restaurant, or private club settings.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Customer-service oriented attitude with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve drinks, cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with quality and consistency.
• Engage with residents and guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, organized bar area meeting health and safety standards.
• Monitor liquor and bar supplies; assist in inventory and ordering to keep stock balanced.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by checking IDs and following guidelines.
• Assist with special events such as themed nights and private gatherings.
• Collaborate with property management to align bar operations with community events.

Hourly pay rate: $18.00

Work schedule: Sunday, Monday & Tuesday / 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm

Requirements

• Customer Service-Oriented: Friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with a focus on providing top-tier service.
• TIPS orServSafe Certification: Preferred but not required.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask, keep track of orders, and maintain cleanliness.
• Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and peak service times.
