Job summary

Associa in Kissimmee, FL is seeking a part-time Bartender to deliver exceptional beverage service at a premier residential community. You will craft cocktails, pours, and non-alcoholic options, while engaging residents and guests in a warm, professional manner.

This role offers $18.00 per hour with a Sunday–Tuesday evening schedule, 5:00 pm to 10:30 pm, and opportunities to support events and special occasions in a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-2 years bartending experience in hospitality, restaurant, or private club setting.
• Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, beer, and wine.
• Customer service oriented: friendly, outgoing, and professional attitude with focus on top-tier service.
• TIPS or ServSafe certification: preferred but not required.
• Organized & detail-oriented: multitask, keep track of orders, maintain cleanliness.
• Flexible Schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed for events and peak service times.

Responsibilities

• Prepare & serve drinks – craft and serve a variety of cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages while ensuring quality and consistency.
• Engage with residents & guests – provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience, building rapport with residents and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean & organized bar – keep the bar area stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory & ordering – track liquor, mixers, and bar supplies, and assist in ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service – check IDs, follow responsible alcohol service guidelines, and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
• Assist with special events – support themed nights, community gatherings, and private events to enhance the resident experience.
• Work with property management – collaborate with the management team to align bar operations with community events and resident expectations.
