The Park Country Club of Buffalo is seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our Food & Beverage team. Be the face of our bar, greet members, and deliver hospitable service while showcasing knowledge of spirits, cocktails, wine and beer.

Provide accurate beverage service, maintain a stocked bar and work with a team to ensure flawless shifts. Candidates should have 1+ year of bartending experience in upscale environments and a professional appearance.

• Keep the bar stocked and organized, clean and safe; operate bar equipment and POS as required.

• Be “the face” of Park Country Club’s excellent service.
• Smile and greet members as they come to the bar. Provide hospitable service to members and their guests at all times.
• Strong knowledge of beverages specifically spirits, cocktail creation, wine and beer.
• Assure that bar area is stocked and organized at all times.
• Use bar equipment safely and adhere to all cleaning protocols.
• Follow proper steps of service when serving food at the bar.
• Close out shift properly through the POS system; ensuring that all chits are rang under the proper member and category.
• Perform opening and closing side work duties to prepare for successful shifts.
• Work with a team to provide fluid and excellent service on a daily basis.
• Arrive to work on time and in the proper uniform.
• Respect management, fellow team members, and the membership.
• Respect the items and tools given to you for success.
• Maintain a professional manner while at work and while outside of work, as our employees are a reflection on our club.
