Job summary

ALFRED in Coldwater is seeking a part-time Barista to deliver an exceptional guest experience through hospitality, quality beverages, and efficient cafe operations.

You will prepare coffee, tea, and food per Alfred recipes, maintain cleanliness, support inventory, and collaborate with the Cafe Manager. This role requires reliability, good communication, and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• Experience in cafe or hospitality preferred, but not required.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to attend quarterly meetings.
• Reliable attendance with a minimum of three shifts per week.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and deliver elevated hospitality.
• Prepare high-quality beverages and food per Alfred recipes and standards.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and sanitary cafe areas.
• Collaborate with leadership and teammates to address operational needs.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cafe policies.
