ALFRED is seeking a Part‑Time Barista at Palisades Village to deliver exceptional guest experiences with premium beverages and friendly service. You will prepare coffee, tea, and light food items while maintaining a welcoming environment and adhering to Alfred standards.

Qualifications

• Previous cafe/coffee/restaurant experience preferred.
• Passion for hospitality and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and hospitality while delivering an elevated customer experience.
• Guide customers through beverage and food offerings and answer questions.
• Operate coffee equipment and maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain a clean, stocked cafe and assist with inventory.
