Job summary

Major Food Group LLC is hiring a part-time Barista for Sadelle's in Coconut Grove, Miami, FL. The role is FOH, hourly pay range $12.00 to $15.00, Band 5.

You will prepare and serve coffee beverages, maintain the station, and support front-of-house operations during lunch and dinner services. Responsibilities include collaborating with kitchen staff, delivering beverages to tables, monitoring inventory, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours
• Lift up to 30 lbs
• Team-oriented and positive attitude
• Proficient with POS systems, Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Coffee Preparation: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, ensuring each drink meets our quality standards.
• Polishing and Maintenance: During downtime, assist with polishing glassware and cutlery, as well as keeping the coffee station tidy.
• Running Tickets: Deliver beverages to tables during lunch service efficiently and accurately, supporting the front-of-house team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy lunch periods.
• Inventory Support: Help monitor coffee supplies and equipment, reporting any issues to the manager on duty.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
