Job summary

27 Club Coffee in Miami is looking for a friendly and outgoing Barista to join our team. In this role, you will welcome customers, prepare their coffee orders, and ensure they enjoy their experience at our shop.

The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and customer service, able to create a variety of espresso drinks, and maintain a clean working environment. This position offers hourly pay plus tips.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with food safety guidelines.
• ServeSafe or Food Handler's Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into the coffee shop with a smile.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Explain the menu items to customers.
• Create a variety of espresso-based drinks.
• Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency.
• Bus tables and wipe down surfaces.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
