Job summary

Hilton Richmond Downtown in Richmond, Virginia is seeking a Barista to join the Food & Beverage team. You will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages, take guest orders, process payments, and keep the café station clean and organized.

Responsibilities

• Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency.
• Engage warmly with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
