Job summary

Hilton Richmond is seeking a Barista to join the Food & Beverage team in downtown Richmond. You will prepare coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages, take orders, process payments, and maintain a clean café station.

The role requires knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso machines, and beverage recipes, along with strong customer service and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior café or hospitality experience is preferred.

• Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure product consistency.
• Engage warmly with guests, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs.
• Adhere to all food safety, sanitation, and company standards.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
