Job summary

Wayfinder Newport, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property, is seeking a friendly Part-time Barista to join our team in Newport, Rhode Island. You’ll deliver high-quality coffee and beverages with attentive guest service in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has barista experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to stand for long periods while handling cash accurately. High school diploma required; weekend and holiday availability expected.

• Experience as a barista and ability to prepare quality beverages.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; cash handling proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all beverages according to brand standards.
• Deliver excellent guest service and accurate transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to health/safety guidelines.
• Balance cash drawer at end of shift and assist team as needed.
