Bay Shores Peninsula Hotel in Newport Beach is seeking a friendly Barista to join our team. You will prepare coffee, tea and a variety of beverages, while also serving food items and providing attentive guest service.

Qualifications

• Barista role requiring friendly, courteous service.
• Experience serving beverages and food helpful.
• Attends required brand training and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders accurately and courteously.
• Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages and food items.
• Maintain a clean, sanitized bar area and equipment.
• Ensure correct cash and card handling per house procedures.
• Stock beverages, mixes and food items for the bar and adjacent areas.
• Collaborate with Food & Beverage team to deliver guest satisfaction.
