Job summary

Wayfinder Newport, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, is seeking a friendly, service-oriented Part-time Barista in Newport, Rhode Island. You will provide exceptional guest service while preparing high-quality coffee and beverages in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires a passion for coffee, basic math and cash handling skills, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a clean, organized workspace. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Barista experience preferred.
• Strong guest service orientation.
• Basic math and cash handling knowledge.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced cafe environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all food and beverage items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service through accurate transactions while adhering to cash handling policies.
• Prepare quality coffee and specialty beverages according to brand standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
