Kowalski in Minneapolis is hiring part-time baristas to craft blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes. You will learn to maintain drink consistency, provide friendly service, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Must have the ability to be organized and clean
• Ability to be scheduled ~24 hours/week or about 3 - 4 shifts/week
• Must be available: 9 am - 5 pm & 1 pm - 8:30 pm
• Must be available the following days to work: Monday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• Opening Shifts: as early as 6 am, 18 - 20 hours/week or 2 - 3 shifts/week, Weekend Availability, 2-out-of-3 weekend days and holiday availability
