Job summary

Oak View Group in Green Bay is seeking a Barback to support bartenders during events by restocking products, maintaining inventory, and ensuring alcohol policies are followed. This part-time role requires excellent attendance and availability to work events as needed.

The position pays an hourly rate of $15.00, with benefits including a 401(k) savings plan and employer matching. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and hold basic liquor-handling

Qualifications

Ability to work in a team‑oriented, fast‑paced, event‑driven environment.
Ability to communicate clearly with employees, co‑workers, management, and guests.
Possess a valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit if required.
Ability to calculate basic math functions related to inventory.
Experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume bar environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Stock products for the bar, including beverages, icing wells, and kegs.
Run supplies for bartenders and backup fruit, napkins, cups, utensils, and stirrers.
Ensure equipment is operable and clean prior to events.
Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation as per procedures; manage waste and closets.
Recognize intoxicated guests and inform bartenders.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards.
Show excellent attendance and reliability.
