Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice is seeking a PART-TIME Supervisor to join our LVL6 Bar and Lounge team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. You will help maintain a collaborative, guest-focused environment and support the management in daily operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of related experience, basic math and computer skills, and strong guest-service and communication abilities. Our team offers weekly pay and opportunities for training and development.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience is required.
• Basic math skills.
• Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member 1-on-1 sessions
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
• Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
• Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service
