Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice at TD Garden in Boston, MA seeks a part-time Supervisor for LVL6 Bar and Lounge to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will support managers, supervise hourly team members, ensure compliance and safety, and assist in training and 1-on-1 coaching, with a focus on stocking and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related experience is required.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Basic computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail.
• Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints with active listening.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members.
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting 1-on-1 sessions.
• Assist managers in staffing within budgetary goals and business volume.
• Inspect assigned area to monitor staff and guest needs.
• Supervise hourly team members in daily duties.
• Ensure the venue is stocked with products and supplies for service.

What will you do?

• Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member 1-on-1 sessions
• Assist managers in the management of staffing levels in accordance with established budgetary goals and business volume
• Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs
• Supervise hourly team members in the daily performance of their duties
• Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service

Physical requirements
