Responsibilities

• Serve guests in a professional manner as directed by dining room manager and captains.
• Maintain clean working areas and promptly empties trash.
• Restock and prepare supplies for shift change or close.
• Perform opening/closing responsibilities, including party breakdown/sidework.
• Assist in cleanliness and organization of service storage areas and event spaces.
• Support other team members as needed to meet business needs.
