Job summary

Legends Global, the premier partner to live events, is seeking a Banquet Server for Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN. This on-site, part-time role delivers high-level catering service to guests and supports event execution with a professional, guest-focused approach.

You will work with the Food & Beverage team to set tables, prepare service stations, assist with garnishes and beverages, and ensure a smooth guest experience. Minimum six months in a service environment is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of experience in a service-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of catering services and terminology.
• Strong guest service skills and ability to get along with others.
• Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

• Reports for work in proper uniform and on-time.
• Assists with collecting all banquet equipment and setting up event rooms as needed.
• Prepares garnishes, beverages, condiments, and breads.
• Provides friendly and courteous customer service at all times.
• Puts away serving pieces and cleans up post-event.
• Follows grooming standards and company policies.
