Job summary

Sparrows Point Country Club in Dundalk, MD, seeks a Full-Time Line Cook to support the Chef and Kitchen Manager in a fast-paced, fine dining environment at a Troon-managed property.

The role requires at least four years of experience, knowledge of safety and sanitation, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will assist with preparation, setup, inventory, and quality across outlets while adhering to DOH guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience in a fine dining environment.
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Must be dependable and able to follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of all products served.
• Assist Chef/Kitchen Manager with setup and prep for all outlets.
• Follow standard recipes accurately for assigned items.
• Assist with monthly food and supplies inventory.
• Maintain kitchen equipment in good working order.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties for food prep and storage areas.
