Job summary

The Hilton Daytona Beach is seeking a responsible and motivated Banquet Server / Bartender to join its banquet team in Daytona Beach, FL. This is a PART-TIME position with hours varying based on events; weekends are a must.

As part of the hotel’s service staff, you will deliver and serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner while upholding high standards of guest service and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area.
• Relay banquet requests to the appropriate person.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
• Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.
• Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
• Present in professional appearance and mannerisms.
• Prepare & serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons.
