Job summary

Grand Casino Mille Lacs is seeking a consistent Banquet Bartender to provide friendly, reliable service across outlets. This part-time, on-call role requires one year of bartending or serving experience and accuracy with recipes, cash handling, and safety rules.

You'll keep stations stocked, assist with room service and amphitheater events, coordinate with banquet captains and servers, and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace while upholding Dram Shop Act rules.

Qualifications

• One year of bartending and/or serving experience.
• Completion of Alcohol Awareness Training within 2 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes, safe serving practices, and customer care.
• Calm, reliable presence and a love for great service.
• Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Responsible for following all relevant Detailed Gaming Regulations (DGRs).

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve beverages based on established recipes and procedures.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and ready to go—every shift.
• Follow Grand Casino’s cash handling and over/short policies with accuracy and care.
• Take and fill drink orders efficiently and courteously.
• Use knowledge of menus to provide friendly, suggestive service.
• Communicate with Banquet Captains, Servers, and team members for smooth operations.
• Handle guest questions and concerns with respect and quick solutions.
• Support the team with opening/closing duties and other outlet coverage as needed.
