Job summary

The Cote Hospitality Group is seeking a Part-Time Banquet Bartender in Nisswa, MN to provide professional beverage service at weddings, conferences, and resort events. You will set up and maintain banquet bars, mix cocktails, pour beer and wine, and deliver friendly, efficient service while adhering to liquor laws and resort standards.

You should have experience in bartending or hospitality, knowledge of cocktails and service best practices, and the ability to work flexible event schedules

Qualifications

• Experience in bartending, banquet, or hospitality preferred.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Willingness to obtain alcohol service certification within the designated timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down banquet bars for events.
• Prepares and serves cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Provides prompt, friendly, and professional service to guests.
• Verifies guest identification and adheres to liquor laws and resort policies.
• Maintains a clean and sanitary bar area throughout events.
• Works with other banquet staff to ensure seamless event execution.
