Job summary

Cote Family Companies is hiring a part-time Banquet Bartender in Nisswa, MN to provide professional beverage service at weddings, conferences, and resort events. The role involves preparing cocktails, serving beverages, and maintaining an inviting guest experience at banquet bars.

You will partner with banquet staff to ensure events run smoothly and comply with all liquor laws and safety policies. Prior experience in hospitality is preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months guest service/hospitality experience required.
• Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits helpful.
• Ability to follow resort safety and liquor laws.

Responsibilities

• Sets up, maintains, and breaks down banquet bars for weddings, conferences, and other events.
• Prepares and serves cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes.
• Provides prompt, friendly, and professional service while ensuring guests have a welcoming experience.
• Greets guests and responds to beverage requests while maintaining a professional demeanor.
• Follows liquor laws and resort policies; communicates with leadership as needed.
• Maintains clean, stocked banquet bars and accurate beverage records.
• Works with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
