Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients as they enter the branch, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling/canceling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while following policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge while collaborating with the branch team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices, while adhering to bank policies.
