Job summary

RCB Bank is seeking a PT Customer Experience Specialist I for on-site work across Oklahoma branches to handle routine customer inquiries and banking product questions. You’ll support customers via phone, email, chat, and in person with a focus on accuracy and friendly service.

Qualifications include at least one year in customer service and a high school diploma or GED. Hours are Mon-Fri, 10am-3pm, with a strong emphasis on community service and professional integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong telephone, reading comprehension and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and branches with technical inquiries about Online Banking, IVR, ITM and other services.
• Retrieve customer information electronically while adhering to bank and regulatory requirements.
• Resolve concerns and complex problems, escalating to a supervisor when needed.
