Job summary

Huntington is seeking a Customer Experience Banker in Tallmadge, OH to assist walk-in customers with deposit products and banking services. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience (banking preferred) and comfort with mobile and online banking. The position is office-based with part-time hours (32-35 per week) and full benefits eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role or a Bachelor’s Degree.
• 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services or goal driven retail sales is preferred.
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking are a plus.
