Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent the brand and culture with hospitality while delivering modern banking solutions and attentive service. You will help clients achieve financial goals by building trusted relationships and connecting them with our team of experts.

You will educate clients on digital banking tools and support day-to-day transactions, including opening accounts and ensuring compliance with banking requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment, greet clients, manage lobby traffic, and schedule meetings.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies.
• Educate clients on technology self-service via mobile app, website, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, showing empathy, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, in accordance with policies.
