As an Associate Banker in our branch, you will represent the Chase brand with hospitality and build trusted relationships with clients.

You will help clients with day-to-day banking, open accounts, educate on mobile and online tools, and collaborate with branch teammates to deliver seamless service while adhering to bank policies

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service preferred.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by actively listening and offering product knowledge and solutions, collaborating with the team.
• Manage branch operations including cash devices while following bank policies.
