Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills; able to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that establish trust from the initial engagement.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
• Maintains compliance when completing operational activities to minimize risk.
• Verifies client identity and adheres to AML regulations and documentation standards.
• Identifies discrepancies or risk indicators and escalates per policy.
