Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through branch processes.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while complying with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash-handling tasks in line with bank procedures.
