Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a Banking Associate in Flanders, New Jersey. The role involves delivering TD’s Brand promise, processing everyday banking transactions, and educating customers on TD services and tools to help them reach financial goals.

Responsibilities include handling teller and platform transactions, promoting TD products, and providing consultative support with a positive customer experience. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience working with customers (volunteering, education, or military acceptable).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work during operating hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions and educate customers on TD products and services.
• Deliver end-to-end advisory support and promote TD products to meet customer financial goals.
• Utilize TD systems to engage customers and deepen relationships.
• Identify opportunities to promote products and refer customers to specialists as needed.
• Complete everyday banking transactions on teller line or platform.
• Lead and manage self-generated leads and coordinate appointments with customers.

Education

High school diploma or GED

Teller training and part 1 of platform training upon hire

Notary License preferred
