Job summary

Citi is seeking an entry-level Teller to assist with branch activities and client-facing services. You will help process transactions, manage cash, and support revenue generation by offering optimal solutions.

Responsibilities include serving as the first Citi contact, handling cash, identifying referrals, and educating clients on digital tools while adhering to policies and safeguarding assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service is preferred.
• Money handling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients and provide friendly, efficient service.
• Perform banking transactions, manage branch cash supply, deposits, and vault cash.
• Identify referral opportunities based on client goals.
• Educate clients on Citi digital and self-service options.
• Adhere to policies, controls, and regulatory procedures to protect assets.
• Address client needs and escalate issues as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of client accounts and products; ensure exceptional service.
• Act with integrity and comply with laws, reporting issues with transparency.
