Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in using social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Drive to deliver a personal customer experience and work in a consultative sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes and guides customers in the branch lobby and promotes digital/self-serve options.
• Identifies customer needs and provides advice on financial solutions aligned with best interests.
• Collaborates with BMO partners to identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships.
• Performs routine branch operations and supports service requests and applications.
• Engages customers in needs-based conversations about banking, credit cards, and investment services.
• Maintains accuracy in organizing work information and follows risk/compliance policies.
