Job summary

BMO Financial Group in Wisconsin seeks a customer-focused banking professional to advise customers on financial solutions and guide them through digital and in-branch services. You will identify opportunities, coordinate with partners, and support risk and compliance to protect customers and assets.

As part of a collaborative branch team, you’ll tailor conversations to personal banking and credit card needs, deliver seamless service, and contribute to branch goals and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role, with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Passionate commitment to helping customers and driving a personal experience.
• Drive to deliver a personal customer experience and focus on results in a team environment.
• Resourceful self-starter with courage to approach customers.
• Willingness to collaborate and work in different capacities as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with customers.
• Aptitude for listening, solving problems, and adapting to new challenges.
• Basic verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and advise on financial solutions tailored to them.
• Welcome and guide customers using in-branch and digital channels for a simple, fast banking experience.
• Conduct client conversations about banking services and recommend channels and personal banking advice.
• Meet transaction-based needs with seamless execution.
• Review customer profiles and address banking and credit card needs in a needs-based dialogue.
• Contribute to branch business results and overall customer experience.
• Follow risk and compliance processes to safeguard customer assets and privacy.
• Collaborate across branch and market teams to support customers and campaigns.
