Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and good organization and teamwork.
• Analytical and problem solving skills with a process-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional service to customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides guidance on financial solutions.
• Collaborates with branch partners to identify referral opportunities and grow the customer relationship.
• Guides customers to digital and self-serve options to make banking easy and fast.
• As a lobby leader, conducts client conversations about banking services and recommends channels and products.
• Performs transaction-based service and reviews customer profiles to identify opportunities.
