Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in client service is preferred.
• Ability to learn products and policies quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by assisting with transactions and opening accounts, while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful client relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, while complying with bank policies.
