Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts following policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile App and online banking features.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering solutions.
• Support branch operations including cash handling following procedures.
