Chase in the Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach area is seeking an Associate Banker for a part-time role (30 hours) to deliver friendly, attentive service and help clients meet their financial goals. You will open accounts, assist with everyday transactions, and leverage digital banking tools to enhance the client experience.

You will build relationships with customers, educate them on product solutions, and collaborate with the branch team to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfort with using banking technology and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while complying with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Develop trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering product solutions.
• Support branch operations and cash handling in line with bank procedures.
