Job summary

You will help clients with day-to-day banking, explain digital tools like the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and assist with opening accounts while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

You will work with the branch team to ensure a flawless client experience, handling cash and branch operations in a compliant manner.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service, greeting clients, and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and managing devices in compliance with bank policies.
