First Citizens Community Bank is seeking a Universal Associate (Teller/New Accounts) to provide timely, courteous service and handle cash and deposits. You will open accounts, process transactions, and promote the bank’s products and referral programs with accuracy and professionalism.

Hours average 33–34 per week, including Saturdays. The role emphasizes balance accuracy, compliance with regulations, and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• One year customer service and cash handling experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous customer service.
• Process customer transactions in a professional, accurate, and efficient manner.
• Exemplify First Citizens Community Bank’s standard of delivering exceptional customer service every time.
• Assess customer's financial needs and suggest Bank services and products.
• Actively participate in and promote the Bank’s sales culture and referral programs.
• Maintain daily transactions and balances, research outages, and balance the drawer in an accurate and timely manner.
• Follow proper procedures and complete tasks in compliance with banking regulations.
• Identify customer needs and develop solutions to exceed customer goals and expectations.
