Job summary

Mountain West Bank is seeking a part-time Bank Teller to rove between Meridian and Eagle locations. You will support customer experiences with deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling while maintaining accuracy and compliance in a friendly, customer-first environment.

The role offers training, competitive benefits, and opportunities for growth within the bank. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8:15am–6:15pm and Saturdays 9:00am–1:00pm, totaling 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6 months of prior customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technology acuity & computer systems knowledge.
• Ability to efficiently use multiple computer programs and systems simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process deposits and withdrawals including cash handling.
• Balance teller drawer daily and maintain accurate cash controls.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
• Refer complex issues to the appropriate department.
