Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• 0–6 months of related experience or training.
• Prior banking or cash handling experience preferred.
• Regular use of desktop/laptop computer and basic software.
• Basic experience with alphanumeric data entry, PowerPoint, Excel, and word processing.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsabilidades

• Represent the bank in a courteous and professional manner; meet Secret Shop and referral expectations.
• Refer customers to Great Southern services; use the CRM program.
• Balance each day’s transactions and verify cash totals; document discrepancies.
• Process transactions efficiently and accurately; minimize POD errors.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer information; complete security training.
• Comply with bank policies and regulations; stay informed on banking rules.
• Maintain regular attendance, be punctual, and communicate clearly via in-person, phone, email, or letters.
• Perform other related duties as required.
