Job summary

Marquette Savings Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to handle routine customer transactions and assist clients with questions about accounts, loans, and services.

The role emphasizes accuracy, risk-based decision-making, and strong customer service; training will cover policies, security, and referrals via the Connections system. Location in Albion, PA with standard bank hours. Prior banking experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior banking experience preferred but not required.
• General knowledge of Bank Secrecy Act/Patriot Act and related regulations.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Ability to read and interpret documents.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers and check cashing.
• Apply risk-based decision-making to transactions to stop fraud and follow bank policy.
• Provide customers with forms and receipts for transactions.
• Assist customers with questions about bank products and services and make referrals in the Connections system.
• Respond to customer requests and problems and direct them to the proper department.
• Explain bank services and policies to customers and maintain confidentiality.
