Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking via Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling in line with bank procedures.
