Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients entering the branch and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts per policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, digital tools, and self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with team members to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling in line with bank policies.
