Job summary

BMO is seeking a part-time Banking Associate to deliver exceptional customer service at the branch and guide customers through digital options. You will identify opportunities to expand relationships and work with partners across channels to achieve business goals.

You will handle transactions, maintain records, and engage customers with a needs-based approach while upholding risk and compliance standards. This role may require varied days and shifts.

Qualifications

• Typically between 1–2 years of relevant experience or certification in related field of study desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
• Some experience in a consultative customer service or sales role with a drive to deliver a personal customer experience.
• Basic knowledge of specialized sales and business banking solutions to refer to specialists.

Responsibilities
