Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare supplies and PPE.
• Assemble and bake goods, place on trays, and bake.
• Package and wrap baked goods, label, and display.
• Clean and sanitize all work surfaces and equipment.
• Track and record loss.
